FESTIVAL LOCATION

It’s been decades now since the great italian director Sergio Leone set in Dumbo his masterpiece Once upon a time in America.
Today, this district rises under the Manhattan Bridge as a fascinating and appealing cultural center. Along with Williamsburg, Dumbo is fastly becoming a site of new trends and deep receptivity to all artistic canals, scenically crowded with fancy restaurants and industrial-styled clubs, and one of the most lively musical backgrounds in the whole Big Apple.
The New York Magazine voted Dumbo “the most desirable district”, since Dumbo knows how to be charming to citizens and tourists!
Reaching the area is very easy: the nearest Underground stations are York Street, (served by the F line), Clark Street (where 2 and 3 trains stop), and High Street (for A and C lines).
A lovely way to come and visit Dumbo is to grab your bike and ride across the Brooklyn Bridge. You can also choose to cross the same path with a tourist guide from Brooklyn, to lead you through the Bridge’s history to the streets and wonders of Dumbo.
